I think at this point you guys know I love a tasty salad in the warmer months – especially a pasta salad! But, whether you keep things lighter with just veggies or bulk it up with some pasta, there is no wrong way to eat a salad in the spring time.
I especially love salads because they make a TON of food and are perfect for next-day lunches or a picnic/BBQ! If you are lucky enough to have space for a garden, it is also a great time to start thinking about ingredients you’d like to grow to add to your salads! I’m personally growing 3 types of peppers this year – habanero, poblano & bell.
