When I went vegan in August 2016 I knew that it would take some creativity to transition from a diet full of meat and dairy to one with neither. And much to my surprise, it wasn’t as hard as I thought!
By combining my love for cooking and the many vegan options available these days, I have been able to completely transform my diet and open up my mind to a new way of living.
Whether you’re dabbling with a vegan diet, a life long vegan or no where near either – this is the place for you. There’s no discrimination here at TSV.
I want to show you that eating vegan can be easy, creative and most importantly…tasty! Because what fun is life if you aren’t enjoying the food you eat?
