These Vegan Chicken Caesar Wraps are the best way to eat your favorite Caesar salad on-the-go! Delicious flavors and dairy-free!

I am in LOVE with these Vegan Chicken Caesar Wraps! If you haven’t made my vegan Caesar dressing recipe, then this is your sign to give it a try. Vegan chicken is seared until charred and then placed in a large wrap with romaine, vegan Caesar dressing & vegan parmesan. This is great for lunch or an easy dinner!
Here’s what you need
Ingredients
- oil – I used avocado oil
- vegan chicken – I used Daring
- garlic powder
- salt & pepper
- Vegan Caesar Dressing
- romaine
- vegan parmesan – I used Trader Joe’s
- wraps
Equipment
- skillet
- small blender or food processor

Steps
Step 1: Make the Vegan Chicken
I have been making this vegan chicken on repeat lately. I love it so much because unlike most brands, it isn’t breaded or seasoned. So, you can really make it your own. Plus, you can pan sear it to make it super crispy.

To cook it, heat some oil in a skillet and add the vegan chicken. If frozen, allow it to cook for a couple minutes so it can thaw slightly.
Add the garlic powder and a pinch of salt & pepper. Toss to coat and spread in an even layer. Allow to cook, undisturbed, until browned on both sides.

Step 2: Make the Dressing
My love affair with my vegan Caesar dressing is no secret. I feel like I’ve used it in so many recipes. And I could honestly eat it any time.

The best part is that it is super easy to make and the ingredients are easy to find. Just combine vegan mayo, capers, dijon mustard, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt & pepper in a food processor or blender.
Blend until smooth and then give it a taste. Go ahead and play around with it until the flavors are perfect.

Step 3: Assemble & Serve
Chop up the romaine and add it to a bowl with vegan parmesan. Pour over 3/4 of the dressing and toss until everything is coated.

Add a layer of romaine down the center of each wrap and top with the vegan chicken. Wrap it up tight and then cut it in half.
These are best served right away so the lettuce doesn’t wilt. I also like to serve the extra dressing on the side. And don’t forget the ruffles…I swear every sandwich and wrap tastes better with ruffles!

Tips & Tricks
I used frozen vegan chicken from Daring. If you use a different brand you may want to adjust how you cook it – just check the package instructions.
I used 2 extra large flour tortillas – 1/2 a wrap is a serving. If you use smaller wraps, you can make this into 4 wraps.
