There is nothing better than enjoying some Bread Dipping Oil with some warm bread. Ready in 5 minutes and super delicious!

If you want a restaurant vibe at home, then you need to try this Bread Dipping Oil! It makes a great appetizer when you have some fresh bread on hand. AND, it only takes 5 minutes to whip up! Such a great addition to your Italian night.
Here’s what you need
Ingredients
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- garlic
- fresh basil
- fresh parsley
- dried oregano
- red pepper flakes
- salt & pepper
Equipment
- None, really. Just a shallow dish and a fork.

Steps
Step 1: Mix it up
The main thing you want to remember when making this bread dipping oil, is to use a good olive oil. Skip the cheap stuff. Since the oil is the main ingredient, it needs to be high quality.

Grab a shallow plate or bowl and add the oil, vinegar, grated garlic, fresh herbs and dry herbs. Mix it up and give it a taste.
The measurements are meant to be a starting point. Feel free to add more vinegar, garlic or herbs!

Step 2: Serve
I like to serve this with some warm bread. Ciabatta, french or a country loaf are my favorites. Just pop the bread in the oven for a few minutes to warm it through. You want it warm, but not toasted.

Break off some bread and get to dipping! This is a great recipe to share with a friend or loved one – nothing says love like some delicious food!
This is best served right away, but you can store any leftovers in the fridge if needed.
