It is already Thanksgiving time and I can’t believe how fast this year has flown by! This is a year of firsts for me – I got married and had a baby – which makes me extra excited to spend the holidays with my little family and start creating our own traditions!
When it comes to a Thanksgiving menu I like to have some staples and then throw in some fun new stuff. And this year’s dinner plan is filled with some classic TSV Thanksgiving recipes (like my gravy) as well as a new main dish! And as always, you can create your own vegan Thanksgiving menu with any of my other holiday recipes.
