The time has come to look at the Top 10 Recipes of 2017! These are the TSV recipes that all of you have liked, pinned and made at home again and again!
The end of the year is officially here!
I’m not going to lie, I’m not so sad to see 2017 in the rearview mirror.
Of course if I think real hard I can see the positive things that have happened this year, but something tells me 2018 is going to be THE year.
One can dream, right?
Anyways, I was so excited to put this list of YOUR favorite 2017 TSV recipes together.
Some recipes were obvious. Those are the ones you make and post on Instagram or Facebook ALL the time (which, P.S. I absolutely love seeing your recreations – make sure to tag me when you post so I can see them).
But there were a few that caught me off guard.
I hope you had an amazing 2017. And if you didn’t, whip up some delicious vegan food and walk into 2018 with a fresh outlook.
This is a perfect party appetizer! A creamy dip that is bursting with flavor and can be served hot or cold with veggies or bread slices. So many options!
9. Spicy Sofritas Black Bean Bowls
This is one of my go-to work week recipes. It has a ton of flavor, is simple to make and is easy to reheat for lunch. Served with rice and smashed avocado, you have a wholesome meal that is anything but boring.
8. Vegan Spinach Artichoke Pizza
You may be thinking “What a strange pizza combo”. But let me tell you, this pizza is creamy, crunchy and super tasty! And based on the fact that it made the list this year, you guys agree.
7. Potato Wedges with Vegan Avocado Dip
This was one of the recipes I was surprised to see in the top 10. I mean it is totally delicious, but I didn’t know you guys liked it THAT much. But I guess sometimes a simple meal with lots of flavor makes for the perfect recipe.
6. Vegan Spinach Artichoke Quesadillas
Who doesn’t love spinach artichoke dip? And why not make it even easier to eat (and tastier) than by spreading it over a tortilla and frying it up? This combo may sound funny, but I swear it is incredibly tasty.
5. Vegan Roasted Cauliflower Buffalo Pizza
This pizza. What can I say about this pizza other than…it is so freaking good! If you love buffalo sauce and ranch then this is right up your alley. It is better than any delivery or store-bought pizza and packs so much flavor!
4. Black Bean Green Chili Vegan Enchiladas with Jalapeño Cream Sauce
I’m honestly surprised this recipe didn’t land a little closer to #1 on this list. It is one of my personal favorites and you guys tell me ALL the time how much you like it. This is a crowd pleaser – especially if you are cooking for non-vegans!
3. One Pot Creamy Hummus Pasta
This pasta dish is one of my all time favorites. It comes together super quick and you can change it up every time you make it just by swapping the hummus you use. A perfect weeknight dinner!
2. Best Vegan White Mac & Cheese
Mac & Cheese is a tough one for vegans – especially if you’re like me and don’t like nutritional yeast. Luckily, after many recipe tests I have come up with a nut-free, nutritional yeast-free version that is creamy, savory and super tasty!
1. Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Tacos
Well, no surprise here. This recipe is one I see you guys make all the time! It combines roasted cauliflower with spicy buffalo sauce served in warm tortillas and topped off with fresh avocado, crunchy lettuce and vegan ranch. It basically has everything you need in life. It is official…the people have spoken and this is the BEST recipe of 2017!
