Creamy, comforting and tasty spinach artichoke dip on top of a crispy crust makes this Vegan Spinach Artichoke Pizza an instant favorite.Â
If you haven’t noticed I may be slightly obsessed with making different things with spinach artichoke dip.
Once I perfected the Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip recipe, my brain instantly started scheming to figure out what else I could put this tasty, creamy dip on.
We did quesadillas – which you can find here.
And the obvious next step was to put it on top of a crispy pizza crust.
And yes, it is as delicious as it sounds.
I made this even easier by buying a pre-made crust.
This cut down on time and had the food on the table in about 20 minutes.
If you also buy a pre-made crust, be sure to read the ingredients.
Most of the big brands have milk products, but I was able to find one at my Ralph’s that was vegan friendly.

Very easy to make. Really good. Good for a warm chip dip too on a snowy evening in October.
Oh ya…that sounds like the perfect pairing to me.

I just made this and it was so amazing!!! I was a big fan of spinach artichoke dip before I went vegan so this really fulfilled the craving. I also used arugula instead of spinach and it turned out awesome!!
Yum! I love arugula!

What crust was used for the artichoke pizza?
I don’t know which brand, but it was a pre-cooked dough from my local grocery store. I also love the pre-made dough from Trader Joe’s.

Which brand of vegan cream cheese do you recommend? Most of the ones I’ve tried haven’t been great.
My top choice is the Trader Joe’s brand. Second choice is Tofutti. Those are the only two brands I have tried and liked – there are definitely some out there with a weird chemical taste.
I use the one from Kite Hill that is made from Almond milk. I get the one flavored with chive and we love it! No weird taste at all. I get it at Whole Foods.
Kite Hill is one of the best..I have seen it at Publix in Florida…a regular grocery chain..there is another brand, I got here in Portland at Food Fight, can’t remember the name…And Miyoko’s which makes some of the best vegan cheeses and vegan butter out there is launching a cream cheese line…
