MONDAY
This Vegan Sunday Sauce can be slow cooked on the stove all day Sunday then reheated for a delicious, simple Monday dinner. Serve over pasta of choice with a side salad.
TUESDAY
Rich, savory and totally delicious, thisĀ Vegan French Onion Soup is great for those cold nights.Ā
WEDNESDAY
Raw veggies are tossed together with rice noodles and a tahini dressing in theseĀ Asian Tahini Noodle Bowls. A quick vegan dinner!
THURSDAY

FRIDAY
Restaurant-quality pizza with easy to find ingredients ā thisĀ Broccolini & Shallot Vegan White Pizza is loaded with seasoned white sauce, crispy shallots and perfectly cooked broccolini.

Ingredients
PANTRY STAPLES
DRY GOODS
- 15 oz can chickpeas
- 2 large tortillas
- vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup tahini
- ginger paste
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 8 oz pasta of choice
- sesame seeds
- bay leaves
- 12 oz red wine
- 8 cups vegan beef broth*
- 1 baguette
- 2 28 oz cans whole peeled tomatoes
- pine nuts optional
PRODUCE
- 1 avocado
- 1 red onion
- 5 yellow onions
- 2 green onions
- 1 jalapeƱo
- 4 cups spinach
- 2 shallots
- 2 heads garlic
- 5-8 broccolini spears
- 1 lemon
- 2 bell peppers
- 4 large carrots
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 4 fresh thyme sprigs
- basil optional
REFRIGERATOR/FREEZER
- 16 oz pre-made pizza dough
- 2 tbsp vegan mayo
- 16 oz vegan cream cheese
- 4 tbsp vegan butter

This looks very helpful but I can’t see where to print the weekly dinners and recipes. I printed the grocery list, but still don’t have the meals themselves.

Morning! You have to click in the recipe name. On my device its easily recognized by a red font. When you click on it, it will open a new window. Youāll have the option to print the entire recipe with all necessary ingredients. Hope this helps and you enjoy this weeks meals.
Exactly! The grocery list will have everything you need for all 5 recipes (so no need to go to each recipe now and look for ingredients…I did that part for you).
