Simple and delicious.
here’s what you need
- vegan butter
- dried chives, dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, pepper
- low sodium soy sauce
- vegan cheddar cheese crackers
- vegan white cheddar cheese crackers
- pretzels
equipment
You need a mixing bowl and a baking sheet!

steps
step 1: mix it up
Add the melted butter, dry seasonings and soy sauce to a large mixing bowl and whisk to combine.

Pour in the crackers & pretzels and gently toss until everything is evenly coated. Transfer the mixture to the baking sheet and spread in an even layer – if it seems overcrowded, you can spread them out on 2 baking sheets.

step 2: bake & enjoy
Place in the oven on the middle rack and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway. Remove from the oven and allow to come to room temperature.

You can serve this right away or pack it up in containers and store it for up to 5 days.
There’s ZERO chance it will last that long, but you can try!

tips & tricks
You can switch up the type of crackers you use if you can’t find the vegan cheese crackers – some other good options are Ritz or Saltines.
Be sure to keep an eye on the crackers after the first 10 minutes – you want them to brown, but not burn.
