steps

step 1: prep

Since we are using a pre-made dough, the first thing you want to do is let it come to room temperature – that way you will be able to stretch it out.

Add some oil to the pizza dough and place in a bowl for at least 30 minutes – or until it comes to room temperature.

Add the thawed vegan chicken, oil, buffalo sauce & dry seasonings to a mixing bowl. Toss until the chicken is coated and set aside.

step 2: assemble & bake

Stretch out the dough and place it on the baking sheet. Add 1/2 of the ranch to the dough and spread in an even layer. Top with the vegan chicken, vegan cheese and red onion.

Place in the oven until the dough is crispy and the cheese is melted.

step 3: serve

When you pull the pizza out the cheese should be melted and the vegan chicken should have some small charred bits.

tips & tricks

I used un-breaded, unseasoned vegan chicken – it is best for this recipe because it can take on the seasonings and buffalo sauce well.
