Weekly Vegan Dinner Plan #211
Weekly Vegan Dinner Plan #211 – 5 simple and delicious vegan dinner recipes plus a grocery list to help inspire your menu!
What is the Weekly Vegan Dinner Plan?
Each week I pick 5 of my favorite vegan dinner recipes and compile them in one place to help inspire your dinner menu. You can use this list purely as inspiration, or you can scroll to the bottom, grab the grocery list and make all 5 recipes. The goal is to make your life a little easier by not having to think about what to cook each week.
Dinner plans come out each Sunday morning – the idea being that you can shop on Sunday and have everything you need to cook M-F.
Each recipe typically serves 4 or more. But it will be noted below if a recipe only serves 2.

I subscribed to your emails and been following you on fb since forever ago. Always thought the recipies looked good but wasn’t ready to commit myself to a whole week. This week I couldn’t decide what to cook and with all the wedding stress I haven’t been cooking/eating well, so I decided to go for it and do a week of your recipies! The recipes were more complicated than I thought but it was actually fun making them and was an escape from the stress! It is fun to be challenged to make different things out of my comfort zone. I gained a new appreciation for vegan cooking and a new perspective. Instead of seeing it as something I was trying to show everyone was easy and that they can easily do too (which is hard), I see it more as a special skill now and am proud of it. 🙂 Also, my non-vegan fiance has been eating your recipies, not just when I cook them for dinner but leftovers as snacks the next day! He doesn’t usually do that when I make my normal vegan food. Thanks for doing all the hard work that you do inventing and posting these recipies! I would also love to hear more about your story and inspiration.
