Spicy Tahini Dressing

This Spicy Tahini Dressing is the perfect creamy addition to your favorite salads or bowls. With just the perfect amount of heat to give your dish a little kick.
I have been throwing a lot of tahini at you lately.
I showed you The Best Tahini Dressing which we used over the Crispy Falafel Kale Salad. And while I still stand by that dressing as being “the best”, sometimes you need a little more zip. This dressing provides just a hint of heat that is not overwhelming or super strong.
I mean, you could always up the amount of jalapeño used in order to get more heat, but as written this recipe is only slightly spicy.
And why the current obsession with using tahini over other creamy bases? Well, it makes the creamiest dressings without requiring any additional oil. And its subtle flavor allows it to take on other flavors rather than being overwhelming.
This dressing is great over your favorite salads or bowls – I’m thinking taco salad, burrito bowls, and tomorrow I’ll be sharing a whole new salad to use this with.
