The holiday season is here once again. And let me tell you, as the years go on, it is harder and harder for me to narrow down my Vegan Thanksgiving Dinner Plan! There are so many tasty recipes from previous years in addition to the new ones that came out this year.
But here it is! This year is heavy on the sides…because there were too many good ones and I know you need them all. Just kidding, there are lots of sides, but I still have lots of other sides you can choose from. If there is anything you don’t see on this list, I probably have a recipe for it – you can see all of my thanksgiving recipes here.

Pantry
- avocado oil
- olive oil

- garlic salt

- bread – 12 cups, I used french & ciabatta
- bread – 1 loaf for appetizer
- Better Than Bouillon No Chicken Base – for broth & gravy
- macaroni – 1 lb
- chickpeas – 1 can
- green chiles – 1 can
- pumpkin puree – 1 can
- tomato paste – 2 tbsp
- cooked lentils – 4.5 cups
- yeast – 1 packet
- cranberry sauce

- sweet potato – 4 medium
- garlic – 3 heads
- kale – 1 head
- red onion – 1
- yellow onion – 5
- parsley – 2 bunches
- shallot – 5
- butternut squash – 2
- celery – 1 bunch

- Boursin dairy-free – 24 oz
- vegan mozzarella – 2 cups, I used Trader Joe’s
- shredded vegan parmesan – ½ cup, I used Trader Joe’s
- grated vegan parmesan – 1 cup, I used Follow Your Heart
- vegan mayo – 2 cups
- vegan yogurt – ½ cup
- vegan butter
- pizza dough – 16 oz
- silken tofu – ½ block
- egg roll wraps – 18
- vegan milk – 1 cup
- puff pastry – 1 sheet
