The perfect party appetizer, these Vegan Pesto & Feta Pinwheels only require 4 ingredients and 25 minutes. Tasty and simple!

We couldn’t end the year without another tasty appetizer recipe. And I’m especially in love with these Vegan Pesto & Feta Pinwheels because they are not only DELICIOUS, they also only take 25 minutes and require 4 ingredients! Quick, easy and delicious is my favorite kind of recipe!
Step One: Prep the Crescent Dough
When it comes to crescent dough, there are lots of vegan options available these days. I got mine at Trader Joe’s (I actually got all of the ingredients there), but there are other brands that are vegan-friendly too.
Pop the crescent roll tube and roll out the dough. Separate the dough into 2 long rectangles and pinch the seams together.

Step Two: Prepare & Bake
For the filling, you only need 3 ingredients:
- vegan pesto
- vegan feta
- vegan parmesan

Spread pesto on each rectangle. Top with feta and parmesan. Tightly roll up each rectangle, pressing the edge to seal. Use a serrated knife to cut each roll into 6 slices (a total of 12). Place the pinwheels on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are browned.

Step Three: Set & Serve
Pull the pinwheels out of the oven and let them set for a few minutes. This will ensure they stick together better.
Plate the pinwheels and serve them as is or with some warm marinara on the side for dipping. These pinwheels are a crowd pleaser that are perfect for a party.
