These Spinach Dip Crescent Bites are the perfect vegan holiday appetizer! Bite-sized and dairy-free, these are easy & tasty!

If you are looking for the perfect holiday appetizer then look no further! These Spinach Dip Crescent Bites are everything you could want. They are easy (8 ingredients), quick (30 minutes or less) and a crowd pleaser! You can also make them ahead of time and freeze them. The perfect little bite.
Step One: Make the Filling
The filling is super simple, but doesn’t skimp on flavor! It only requires a few ingredients and a little mixing.

Here is what you need:
- frozen spinach – thawed & drained
- vegan cream cheese – I used Kite Hill
- vegan mayo
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- salt &Â pepper
Add everything to a bowl and mix to combine. Give it a taste and adjust any of the seasonings to your liking.

Step Two: Prepare & Bake
Now that the filling is done it is time to work on the crescent dough. There are a lot of vegan-friendly crescent doughs out there (I used Trader Joe’s), but just always check the label to be sure!

Roll out the crescent dough. Pinch two triangles together to create a rectangle. Repeat until you have 4 rectangles. Cut each rectangle into 6 squares – you should have 24 squares.
Place each square in the muffin pan and gently press it down to create a “cup”.
Add a heaping spoonful of the spinach dip to each cup. Place in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent dough is browned and the dip is bubbly.

Step Three: Serve
Pull the bites out of the oven and let them sit for 10 minutes – this will help them keep their shape and set.

Transfer the bites to a platter and serve them up! You can eat them right away while they are warm, but they are equally as good at room temp. So don’t worry about setting them out at the beginning of your party!
Bring these to your next party – everyone will love you for it!

Tips & Tricks
I used a silicone mini muffin pan. If you use a metal one you will want to grease it before adding the crescent dough.
These can be made ahead of time! To freeze, bake and cool the bites then place them in the freezer on a baking sheet. Once completely frozen, transfer to a freezer safe container. Reheat from frozen in the oven at 375 degrees until warmed through.
