This Vegan Cilantro Ranch Dressing is quick, easy and totally delicious. Serve it over salads & bowls, or with a plate of veggies…goes with just about anything.
Ranch, ranch, ranch. I’m not gonna lie, I’ve been a life-long ranch fan. And luckily making vegan ranch at home is super easy (and really tasty).
And what’s better than ranch? Cilantro Ranch, of course. I also added in some fresh basil to give this dressing an extra hit of herbs.
How to make Vegan Cilantro Ranch Dressing
This vegan ranch is seriously so easy. Add your ingredients to a food processor (or blender) and blend until combined. Add water until your desired consistency is reached, and you’re done!
It is seriously that easy, and that quick. You are going to have vegan ranch on your hands in 10 minutes or less with just a handful of ingredients.
What to serve with this Vegan Cilantro Ranch Dressing
This can be served with all kinds of things. Salads, bowls, burritos. You can also make it thicker and serve it with a platter of veggies. Here are some of my favorite recipes to serve this with:

Vegan Cilantro Ranch Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegan mayo
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar plus more to taste
- 1/2 bunch cilantro roughly chopped
- 4 cloves garlic peeled
- 5 large basil leaves*
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2-4 tbsp water as needed
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients (except the water) to a food processor. Taste and adjust salt, pepper and vinegar to taste.
- Thin with water until desired consistency is reached.
- Transfer to a bowl or container. Serve with salads, bowls, veggies.

You could also use olive oil or vegan yogurt!
