    Didn't think it was possible, right?

    Well, we're taking avocado toast to the next level with this Avocado Hummus Toast with Microgreens.

    There is another layer of creamy goodness with the addition of the hummus AND some added crunch (and nutrients) with the addition of the microgreens.

    This toast is packed with healthy fats and protein.

    It is perfect first thing in the morning for breakfast or as a post-workout snack.

    Avocado Hummus Toast with Microgreens

    Total Time 5 minutes
    Servings 1 -2

    Ingredients

    • 2 slices whole wheat bread or bread of choice
    • ¼ cup hummus
    • ½ avocado
    • 2 tsp. sriracha
    • ¼ cup microgreens
    • salt to taste

    Instructions

    • Toast bread. Spread hummus evenly between both slice of bread. Top with avocado slices, sriracha and microgreens. Add salt to taste, slice and serve.
    • Enjoy!

      Hi!! Can I substitute micro greens for sprouts? and enjoy it as a light meal for lunch?
