What is the Weekly Vegan Dinner Plan?
Each week I pick 5 of my favorite vegan dinner recipes and compile them in one place to help inspire your dinner menu. You can use this list purely as inspiration, or you can make them all. The goal is to make your life a little easier by not having to think about what to cook each week.
Dinner plans come out every Saturday morning – the idea being that you can shop over the weekend and have everything you need to cook M-F.
Each recipe typically serves 4 or more. But it will be noted below if a recipe only serves 2.

- marinara – 28 oz
- roasted red peppers – 16 oz

- garlic – 3 heads
- cilantro – 1 bunch
- parsley – 1 bunch
- basil
- yellow onion – 2
- red onion – 1
- green onion
- lime – 3
- lemon – 1
- avocado – 1
- jalapeno – 2

- spinach – 2 cups
- sweet potato – 4

Fridge/Freezer
- vegan cream cheese – 8 oz
- vegan sausage – 8 oz
- firm tofu – 1 block
- vegan cream or milk
- vegan parmesan – 1.25 cups
- vegan yogurt
- soyrizo – 6 oz

The last few weeks of meals have been fantastic! Also, thank you for paying attention to the grocery lists week to week. I can tell you try to use items from the previous week if you can, and it really eliminates a lot of food waste. Never a disappointment. Keep them coming!
