Just bought your book and can’t wait to make some recipes! However, you use a lot of cilantro, which is something that tastes like soap to me. So my tip for everyone buying this book with the same problem, I most of the time replace cilantro with parsley. Not completely the same, but the flavor of parsley will work with most recipes requiring cilantro 🙂 otherwise I’ll just leave it out
