Cream Cheese Avocado Toast
Mediterranean Toast
- 2 slices bread toasted
- 1/4 cup hummus
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes drained and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic diced
- 3 basil leaves chopped
- salt & pepper to taste
- pine nuts for topping
Cream Cheese Avocado Toast
Combine cream cheese, green onion, chives, garlic salt and pepper in a bowl. Stir to combine.
Split cream cheese mixture between both slices of bread. Top each slice with avocado. Serve immediately.

Combine beans, shallots, garlic, chives, hot sauce, salt & pepper in a bowl. Mash beans and stir to combine everything.
