Ingredients

  • Vegan Cilantro Ranch Dressing
  • 4 cups romaine chopped
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 red onion chopped
  • 1.5 cups black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup frozen corn thawed
  • 12 oz. cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 1 avocado diced

Instructions
