  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and place the dough on an oiled surface to come to room temperature.
  • Add the tomatoes, shallots, garlic, Italian seasoning, olive oil and a pinch of salt & pepper to a baking dish. Toss to coat evenly and place in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the tomatoes burst. Remove from the oven and separate the veggies from the oil - you can use the oil for serving.
  • Spread out the dough on a greased baking sheet. Spread out an even layer of calabrian chili paste on the dough. Top with 1/2 of the tomatoes/shallots and then the vegan feta. Add the rest of the tomatoes and sprinkle with vegan parmesan. Place in the oven for 15 minutes - the crust should be browned and the cheese should be melted.
  • Remove from the oven, slice and top with fresh basil, more parmesan and red pepper flakes. Serve the reserved oil on the side.
