Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and place the dough on an oiled surface to come to room temperature.
Add the tomatoes, shallots, garlic, Italian seasoning, olive oil and a pinch of salt & pepper to a baking dish. Toss to coat evenly and place in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the tomatoes burst. Remove from the oven and separate the veggies from the oil - you can use the oil for serving.
Spread out the dough on a greased baking sheet. Spread out an even layer of calabrian chili paste on the dough. Top with 1/2 of the tomatoes/shallots and then the vegan feta. Add the rest of the tomatoes and sprinkle with vegan parmesan. Place in the oven for 15 minutes - the crust should be browned and the cheese should be melted.
Remove from the oven, slice and top with fresh basil, more parmesan and red pepper flakes. Serve the reserved oil on the side.
