  • Combine the soy sauce, gochujang paste, sesame oil, garlic & ginger in a bowl and whisk to combine. Set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the halved bok choy to the skillet, cut-side down. Cover and steam for 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove the bok choy from the pan and add the noodles, sauce & whites of the green onions. Cover and steam for 2 minutes. Remove the lid and toss until the noodles are coated. Add a splash of water if needed to loosen the noodles up.
  • Add noodles and bok choy to each plate. Top with the leftover green onion & sesame seeds. Enjoy!

Notes

  • After cooking the bok choy you can leave it halved or chop it up and add it back to the noodles.
  • Use less gochujang if you are sensitive to heat.
  • This is a Trader Joe's recipe, but you can easily sub the ingredients from other stores.
