Ingredients
FOR THE BEANS

can
pinto beans
drained and rinsed
1/4
cup
cilantro
2
tbsp
olive oil
1
jalapeño
1/4
red onion
2
garlic cloves
1/2
tsp
cumin
1/4
tsp
chili powder
salt & pepper
to taste
FOR THE TOAST
6
slices
bread
2
avocados
peeled, pitted and sliced
Optional Toppings:
cilantro, jalapeño slices, hot sauce, radish slices
Instructions
Combine all of the bean ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
Toast bread. Spread desired amount of bean mixture* on each slice of toast, followed by avocado slices and any additional toppings.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
*You can eat the bean mixture hot and cold.
