  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and allow to come to room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • Combine the feta, parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, basil, oregano and a pinch of salt & pepper in a bowl. Mix and set aside.
  • Cut the dough into 8 equal pieces. Using your hands or a rolling pin, roll each piece of dough into a circle. Add 1-2 tablespoons of the filling to each piece of dough and fold over to create a half circle. Pinch the sides closed and place on the baking sheet.
  • Use a fork to seal the edges of each pizza pocket. Brush with vegan butter and sprinkle a little garlic powder, garlic salt and oregano on each one. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and serve hot with warm marinara sauce.
