Toast the sandwich rolls in the oven, toaster or air fryer.
Meanwhile, combine the chickpeas, mayo, feta, garlic, tomatoes, basil, dijon, salt & pepper in a food processor and pulse a couple times until combined. Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed.
To the top of each roll, spread on some pesto. To the bottom of each roll, layer chickpea salad, more feta and microgreens. Close the sandwiches and serve.
