red bell peppers
sliced

jalapeño

avocados

baby spinach

chimichurri sauce*
Instructions
Spread 1 tablespoon of vegan mayo down the center of each tortilla.
Top with tomato, onion, bell pepper, jalapeño, avocado and baby spinach.
Wrap up tortillas and cut in half. Serve with
chimichurri sauce
on the side.
