Add some oil to the pizza dough and place in a bowl for at least 30 minutes – or until it comes to room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 500 degrees and grease a baking sheet (I used a round pizza baking sheet).
Add the agave & red pepper flakes to a sauce pan and place on the stove over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring every couple minutes. Remove from the heat, strain the red pepper flakes from the agave and stir in the vinegar. Set aside.
Stretch out the dough and place it on the baking sheet. Top with the cheese and then layer on the heirloom tomato slices. Sprinkle on some vegan parmesan and add a few basil leaves. Place in the oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the dough is crispy and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven. Drizzle on as much of the the hot agave as you'd like and sprinkle with more vegan parmesan & basil. Slice and serve!
Notes
To make the hot agave even hotter, you can skip straining the red pepper flakes and leave them in the agave.
You probably won't use all of the hot agave. You can store any leftovers in a container in the fridge.
