Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the vegan steak & dry seasonings. Toss to coat and spread in an even layer. Cook until browned on both sides (approx. 3-5 minutes per side). When the steak is almost done, add 4 ounces of salsa verde to the skillet and toss until combined.
Meanwhile, add the remaining salsa verde to a small blender with the avocado. Blend on high until smooth and set aside.
Add the onion, cilantro & lime juice to a small bowl and toss to combine. Set aside.
Heat the tortillas over an open flame or in a skillet.
To assemble, add some avocado salsa to each tortilla. Top with the vegan steak and some onions & cilantro. Serve and enjoy!
