Take the pizza dough out of the fridge and place on a flour-dusted surface for 30-60 minutes, or until it comes to room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper.
Meanwhile, add the Boursin, mozzarella & thyme to a bowl and mix until combined. Set aside.
Melt the vegan butter & add the garlic salt, basil & onion powder. Set aside.
Spread out some more flour on a clean surface and roll out the dough into 10x15 rectangle. Add the cheese mixture to the dough and spread in an even layer. Starting on one of the long ends, tightly roll up the dough into a log. Cut the log into 12 buns. Place the buns in the prepared baking dish and brush with the garlic butter. Place in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dough is browned and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

Notes
If you can't find dairy-free Boursin, I would sub vegan cream cheese. The Boursin does have garlic & herbs in it, so I would add 1/2 tsp garlic powder & 1/2 tsp dried basil to the cream cheese.
If you want to prep these ahead of time, you can place the unbaked buns in the baking dish, cover and keep in the fridge. Be sure to bring to room temperature before baking.
