  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the flatbreads on the baking sheet. Spread an even layer of Boursin on them and then top with the halved tomatoes. Place in the oven for 10 minutes, or until the flatbread is crispy & the cheese has melted.
  • Remove from the oven, top with balsamic glaze, fresh basil and pepper. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can really use whatever you want - pita, naan or a pre-made pizza crust. Just be sure to adjust the cooking time if needed!
  • Be sure to use balsamic glaze and not balsamic vinegar! Different textures & flavors.
  • If you are making these for an appetizer, I would cut them and then add the balsamic glaze - they will look prettier that way!
