  • Add all of the ingredients (except the avocados) to a salad bowl. Toss until combined.
  • Add the cubed avocados and gently toss to mix them in - be sure not to over-mix or you'll just end up with guacamole.
  • Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed. Serve right away with tortilla chips.

Notes

  • I like to use the "teeny tiny" avocados from Trader Joe's. If you use those, you will need 4 avocados. If you use traditional avocados, you will need 2.
  • This needs to be served right away, otherwise the avocados will brown. If you want to make this ahead of time, add everything but the avocados to the bowl and then add them right before serving.
