This 2-Ingredient Vegan Queso takes 5 minutes to make and is the ultimate crowd pleaser. Serve this vegan dip with your favorite toppings & tortilla chips!

Instructions
Add vegan cream cheese and 8 oz of salsa verde to a pot. Heat on the stove over medium heat, stirring frequently.
Continue cooking until cream cheese is melted and combined with the salsa verde. Taste and add more salsa verde as needed.*
Transfer to a bowl and serve hot with tortilla chips & any of the optional toppings.

Notes
*Depending on the brand of salsa verde you use, the amount of salt will fluctuate. This is why I recommend starting with 8oz and adding more to taste. If your queso is too thick, add a splash of water.
