Unroll 2 cans of crescent rolls and cut each triangle in half - 32 pieces total.
Add 1 tsp of vegan cream cheese & roll it up.
Place the finished rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet in the shape of a tree.
Bake at 375 for 20-22 minutes, or until golden.
Brush with vegan butter and sprinkle with parsley & flakey salt.
Serve them on their own or with a side of marinara.
