Prep the veggies. Chop the garlic, green onion, mushrooms & bok choy.
Cook the noodles. Soba noodles just take a few minutes to boil. Rinse with cold water & set aside.
Cook the veggies. Heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the veggies & cook until tender.
Combine it all. Add the cooked noodles & pre-made teriyaki sauce. Toss until combined.
Serve it up. Serve hot with more green onion & sesame seeds.
