How to Build a Veggie Hummus Board
How to build a veggie hummus board - it is easier than you think when you have in season veggies and pre-made hummus at hand.
- Sabra Hummus
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 6 small peppers raw or grilled
- 1 bunch green onions grilled
- 4 large carrots sliced
- 4 radishes thinly sliced
If you are grilling any of your veggies, toss them in olive oil and place them on a hot grill until charred on both sides. If you don't have a grill, you can spread oiled veggies on a baking sheet and place them in the oven on broil untiled charred.
Slice remaining veggies into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a wood board or platter.
Serve veggies with Sabra hummus - the flavor is up to you.
